These terms apply when you use Medlito Baby (“we”, “us”), a service that makes personalised photos, songs and storybooks starring your baby. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law. You may upload photos, recordings or details of a child only if you are their parent or legal guardian, and of other adults only with their permission.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure; you're responsible for what happens under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
3. What we make
Each pack page describes what it makes, how many items you get and in which formats. Results are generated by artificial intelligence from your photos and inputs, so they vary, won't be a perfect likeness every time and may contain small imperfections. Every order is checked before delivery, and photo packs include a free redo of any picture.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in the photos, recordings and text you upload. You give us permission to use them only to make, check, store and deliver your orders, and you confirm you have the right to upload them.
5. Using what we make
Once paid, you may use your creations for personal, non-commercial purposes: keep, print and share them with family and on social media. You may not resell them or use them in advertising without our written permission. Song melodies and storybook artwork are made for you but may resemble other generated works.
6. What you must not do
- Upload photos, voices or details of a child who isn't yours, or of anyone without their permission.
- Upload anything sexual, violent, hateful, defamatory or illegal, or try to make the service produce it.
- Try to get around our safety checks, copy the service, overload it or access it by automated means.
- Use someone else's voice for the “your own voice” feature.
We may refuse an order, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules. Content that suggests a child is at risk may be reported to the authorities.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI details. We start making an order once payment is confirmed.

9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error free. We may change packs, prices and features; changes never affect orders you've already paid for. We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time from Profile → Delete my data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem quickly; otherwise the courts of India have jurisdiction.
