Medlito Baby sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped; everything is delivered in the app and can be downloaded.
How you receive your order
After payment, your creation appears under Creations in your account. When it's ready you can view it, download it in the sizes offered, and share it. You need to be signed in to see it.
How long it takes
Every order is reviewed before it's delivered. Most orders are ready within 2 to 3 hours, and always within 8 hours. Songs and AI-written stories first wait for you to approve the words; the time starts after you approve.
If it's late or missing
If your order hasn't arrived within 8 hours, contact us with your order number, or see the refund policy.
Keeping your files
Creations stay in your account until you delete them. We recommend downloading copies you want to keep.
